Mental Health Practitioners (MHPR) work at our Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) programs to provide experienced support for both clients and staff. As a Mental Health Practitioner, you provide direct assistance in independent living skills development, support, and supervised living in a family-like, person-centered environment. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 2,000 hours of experience or 4,000 hours of experience is required.

Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor

New Visions Center - Alexandria

A Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LADC) is both supervisory and clinical requiring direct support to individuals admitted to the program, and are responsible for direct care of individuals participating in treatment and direct supervision of LADC’s at the Outpatient location. LADCs are responsible for supervising and delivering programming and treatment, coordinating with staff and clients, and carrying out the daily treatment program of the Co-Occurring Outpatient program.
