Certified Peer Specialist

As a Certified Peer Specialist you will need the ability to share personal recovery experiences and to develop authentic peer-to-peer relationships. That is essential to effective CPS performance. Consequently, CPS must hold the following beliefs and demonstrate the following qualities: A personal belief in recovery. A genuine hope and optimism that their peers will succeed. A sincere interest in the welfare of their peers, including the ability to see each person as a unique individual, and have a willingness to share their own recovery experience.

Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker

Willow Haven - Lake Elmo

As a Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker (MHRW) you will work at one of our Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) facilities designed to develop and enhance psychiatric stability, personal and emotional adjustment, self-sufficiency, and the necessary skills to live in a more independent setting. MHRWs work with clients in a supportive and positive fashion throughout daily interactions.

Mental Health Practitioner

Willow Haven - Lake Elmo

Mental Health Practitioners (MHPR) work at our Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) programs to provide experienced support for both clients and staff. As a Mental Health Practitioner, you provide direct assistance in independent living skills development, support, and supervised living in a family-like, person-centered environment. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 2,000 hours of experience or 4,000 hours of experience is required.
