Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker

Willow Haven - Lake Elmo

As a Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker (MHRW) you will work at one of our Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) facilities designed to develop and enhance psychiatric stability, personal and emotional adjustment, self-sufficiency, and the necessary skills to live in a more independent setting. MHRWs work with clients in a supportive and positive fashion throughout daily interactions.

Mental Health Practitioner

Willow Haven - Lake Elmo

Mental Health Practitioners (MHPR) work at our Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) programs to provide experienced support for both clients and staff. As a Mental Health Practitioner, you provide direct assistance in independent living skills development, support, and supervised living in a family-like, person-centered environment. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 2,000 hours of experience or 4,000 hours of experience is required.

Registered Nurse

Thrive Behavioral Network is currently looking for a Registered Nurse at our facility located in Lake Elmo, MN. Willow Haven is an Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) program. It includes time-limited residential services to individuals who are in need of a structured setting. IRTS are designed to develop and enhance psychiatric stability, personal and emotional adjustment, self-sufficiency, and the necessary skills to live in a more independent setting.
