As a Mental Health Professional (MHP), you will work at our Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) programs to provide experienced support for both clients and staff. Serving as a leader, you will offer direct assistance in independent living skills development, support, and supervised living in a family-like, person-centered environment. Must be LICSW, LP, LMFT, or LPCC to qualify.

Nova House - New Ulm

Mental Health Practitioners (MHPR) work at our Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) programs to provide experienced support for both clients and staff. As a Mental Health Practitioner, you provide direct assistance in independent living skills development, support, and supervised living in a family-like, person-centered environment. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 2,000 hours of experience or 4,000 hours of experience is required.

Thrive Behavioral Network is looking for a Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker to make our team complete at our IRTS (Intensive Residential Treatment Services) facility in New Ulm, MN. We are designed to develop and enhance psychiatric stability, personal and emotional adjustment, self-sufficiency, and the necessary skills to live in a more independent setting. This facility also provides residential crisis stabilization services to individuals who are experiencing a mental health crisis situation.
