These homes are designed to provide independent living skills development, support, and supervised living in a family-like, person-centered environment. The Direct Support Professionals are the key to providing exceptional services to our clients by creating a supportive, positive, and fun atmosphere.

As a Registered Nurse (RN) working with Thrive, you will be a pivotal member of our team. Operating as a leader, you will monitor the health of clients to enhance psychiatric stability, personal and emotional adjustment, self-sufficiency, and the necessary skills to live in a more independent setting. Required to be a licensed Registered Nurse.

Certified Peer Specialists (CPS) are individuals who have or have had a primary diagnosis of mental illness that share their experience of recovery to support others in theirs. They are key staff by using their training as a Certified Peer Specialist to encourage a positive, person-centered recovery environment.

Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker

Austin Manor - Austin

As a Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker (MHRW) you will work at one of our Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) facilities designed to develop and enhance psychiatric stability, personal and emotional adjustment, self-sufficiency, and the necessary skills to live in a more independent setting. MHRWs work with clients in a supportive and positive fashion throughout daily interactions.

Mental Health Practitioner

Austin Manor - Austin

Mental Health Practitioners (MHPR) work at our Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) programs to provide experienced support for both clients and staff. As a Mental Health Practitioner, you provide direct assistance in independent living skills development, support, and supervised living in a family-like, person-centered environment. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 2,000 hours of experience or 4,000 hours of experience is required.
